Privacy policy
Clear about what is stored, where, and why.
Last updated: August 9, 2026. Pulse Keystone operates this website and the Our Table iPhone pilot. This policy explains the information handled when you use either service.
Information you provide
Depending on the feature you use, this may include account details such as your name and email address, and archive content you choose to create or upload, such as text, photos, recordings, documents, and notes. The iPhone app may request camera, microphone, or photo-library access only when you choose a feature that needs it.
How the current iPhone pilot stores content
The iPhone app keeps archive data on your device. When iCloud sync is enabled, your archive is stored in the private CloudKit database connected to the Apple Account signed in on your device—your personal iCloud storage. We do not store that archive content in a Pulse Keystone-controlled cloud database. This lets you access your archive on your own Apple devices using the same Apple Account.
The current pilot does not automatically share content with family members or release it after inactivity. iCloud sharing between different Apple Accounts is not yet offered as a finished pilot feature; do not rely on Our Table for legal, emergency, or estate delivery.
AI-generated website imagery
The visual imagery on this website is AI-generated and used for illustration. It does not depict real people, families, or events.
How we use information
We use information to provide the features you request, maintain account and service security, answer support requests, and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information, run advertising in the current website or iPhone pilot, or use your archive content for targeted advertising.
Service providers and disclosure
Apple provides iCloud and CloudKit when you choose to use iCloud sync. Your use of Apple services is also subject to Apple's terms and privacy practices. We disclose information only when needed to operate the service, respond to a request you make, comply with law, or protect people and the service from harm.
Your choices
You can decline optional device permissions in iOS settings, choose whether to use iCloud where the app offers it, and delete content through the app. You can also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion assistance for information we control. Requests may require verification and may be limited where we have a lawful reason to retain information.
Security and retention
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can promise absolute security. We retain information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce agreements.
Children
Our Table is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided information to us, please contact us so we can review and address it.
