The service

Our Table is a private space for people to ask, answer, and keep memories in their own words. It is not a legal, medical, financial, therapeutic, emergency-response, or estate-planning service. It does not make decisions, impersonate people, or automatically release content because a person is inactive.

Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you add and for having the right to provide it. Do not upload unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, malware, or information whose loss or delay could cause an emergency. Keep original copies of important documents and consult qualified professionals for authoritative legal, financial, or medical advice.

Pilot features

Features may change, be limited, or be removed during the pilot. The current iPhone pilot is not a substitute for a backup, legal delivery plan, or family-access system. Content is not automatically released or shared with another Apple Account by the pilot.

Availability and liability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or loss-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, Pulse Keystone provides the service as available and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from its use.
